Up early on Saturday wanted to make some breakfast for my husband who went into the office before the crack of dawn.
Years ago I used to make him sausage biscuits to take with him to work. So being up so early I had the time and decided to make homemade biscuits. A vegan version this time.
I adapted my vegan biscuits from this recipe;
2 cups flour -1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt. – 1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup almond milk
NOTE: they have a great flavor-really like them and looking forward to trying this recipe again!
