By Recently I had the pleasure of having lunch with my talented nephew, Blake. Blake is studying in the Culinary Arts Program at Lorenzo Walker Technical College. Along with my sister Tammie, Blake’s mother, and my sister Shelley we enjoyed a fabulous lunch. Top of the menu was Chicken Cordon Bleu. Other options included an awesome soup and grilled cheese plus other goodies all made by staff and students at LWIT. Blake treated us to a fun mini tour of the food prep and kitchen and baking facilities where he is learning to hone his expert culinary skills. We met several of his instructors and head chef.
