Culinary Arts

Recently I had the pleasure of having lunch with my talented nephew, Blake. Blake is studying in the Culinary Arts Program at Lorenzo Walker Technical College. Along with my sister Tammie, Blake’s mother, and my sister Shelley we enjoyed a fabulous lunch. Top of the menu was Chicken Cordon Bleu. Other options included an awesome soup and grilled cheese plus other goodies all made by staff and students at LWIT. Blake is really enjoying and excelling in this program. click here for details on the program:

Blake treated us to a fun mini tour of the food prep and kitchen and baking facilities where he is learning to hone his expert culinary skills. We met several of his instructors and head chef.
Thank you so much for a great time Blake! We are so proud of you and wishing you well with your studies. Can’t wait to see where this adventure takes you!
