Looking for something a bit more inviting to quench your summer thirst than water? Give this Watermelon Refresher a try.
I had some watermelon in the fridge so I made this super tasty summertime fruit drink.
Here’s what I used in my Refresher:
Barleans Flax Chia Coconut Mix
Zico Coconut Water
I put as much of each of the above ingredients as my Magic Bullet could hold and mixed it all up. I did not measure each, I just eye-balled it. You can add as much fresh ginger and fresh turmeric as you are comfortable with. I personally love both so I use as much as I can.
Give it a taste and if desired add more of any of the ingredients to your liking. Enjoy!
