By My Fresh Beet Noodle Salad.
Recipe: 1 large Beet-fresh spinach- matchstick carrots-goat cheese-rice vinegar-sesame oil- salt- pepper.
I used my Veggetti Pro to spiralize the beet into noodles then layered all ingredients on plater and sprinkled with the vinegar and oil and topped with salt and pepper. Garnished with broccoli.
