My Fresh Beet Noodle Salad. Recipe: 1 large Beet-fresh spinach- matchstick carrots-goat cheese-rice vinegar-sesame oil- salt- pepper. I used my Veggetti Pro to spiralize the beet into noodles then layered all ingredients on plater and sprinkled with the vinegar and oil and topped with salt and pepper.
