By Love the new trend of embellished slide sandals. This look is fun and easily a DIY!
With just a few supplies you will soon have your own chain sandals at a fraction of what the trendy designer ones cost.
Here are the supplies you will need and suggestions of where to shop for them:
Black Slide Sandals, I found this nice comfy pair at Walmart
E6000 Glue, Hobby Lobby
Assorted Chains, Similar here at Walmart
Light color marker, Staples
Wire cutters
Decide the placement and length of chain needed.
Cut two of each chain in desired size.
I used the marker to draw a line to make it easier to apply the glue.
Apply a line of E6000 glue over the marker line.
Attach your first row of chain.
I started applying the top row of chain then added the bottom row then filled in the middle.
Complete same steps on the other sandal.
These are quick and easy! Oh the possibilities……. just think of what other items can be used to embellish these with!
